Investing in our employees is a central part of TeamViewer’s people strategy, with different opportunities for our workforce to learn new skills and improve their knowledge. In 2022, employees participated in virtual and face-to-face training for an average of 5.5 days. Likewise, we make sure our newcomers have all the knowledge needed for a successful start with extensive onboarding. New employees were trained for an average of two months as part of our onboarding process in 2022.
Newly launched internal online Learning Platform available globally — covering topics such as compliance, TeamViewer products, systems, technical knowledge, soft skills, managers, compliance training, onboarding, junior managers training, experienced leaders training, & senior level executives training.
Restricted Stock Unit Plan (RSU) and a Phantom Stock Unit Plan (PSU) for the performance-based remuneration of employees. Our RSU program recently launched in 2022, grants shares to employees worldwide, which are transferred to them for the time they remain at TeamViewer. The transfer takes place over a period of 4 years, meaning the shares are initially subject to a vesting period. Employees participate in either the RSU or the PSU.
The purpose of both programs is to attract, retain and motivate employees by enabling them to participate in the company’s success.
At TeamViewer, open communication and feedback are part of our company culture. Therefore, we conduct an annual pulse survey to listen to our workforce. In 2022, 82 % of employees took part in our annual employee survey. The survey results are a vital source of information to further improve as a company — these insights help us create company-wide action plans at several levels, both locally and globally. This central global feedback process at TeamViewer has been ongoing since 2022.
